Refusals for British Citizenship
At our firm, we do our best to ensure that you satisfy all the legal requirements before proceeding with an application for citizenship.
However, we do advise clients with regards to Refusals, when the applications have been submitted by themselves. These refusals may arise on account of an error or in most cases, the Home Office is not satisfied with the supporting evidence provided.
If this is the case, you have the option to:
Request the Home Office to reconsider their decision or
Proceed with Judicial Review where we provide evidence to demonstrate that the decision to refuse your application was unlawful
Dedication, professionalism and client care are our core values and we apply these in each case to ensure that clients receive the highest standard of legal service at our firm.
